Identiv´s ID-Safe, powered by NXP ICODE3 IC, delivers enhanced performance with SELFAdjust technology and a fast 212 kbit/sec read rate. ID-Safe-A637-I3  offers 2.4 kbit of user memory and extended NFC features, including automatic mirroring of UID, counter, and tamper status.
