Kim Macaulay joined Identiv as Senior Vice President in January 2025, bringing nearly 40 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and business development.

With extensive experience driving growth within Fortune 500 companies like Avery Dennison, she has successfully managed over $650 million in annual sales and developed scalable, customer-focused strategies. Before Identiv, she founded Kim Macaulay Associates, where she guided multi-million-dollar organizations in optimizing their go-to-market approaches.

Ms. Macaulay’s leadership is key to advancing Identiv’s growth in RFID and BLE-enabled IoT solutions.

Ms. Macaulay holds a degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
