Ashley Burkle joined Identiv as Director of Sales and Business Development in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience driving growth and commercialization of emerging technologies.

With deep expertise in RFID and IoT, Ashley specializes in identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and transforming innovative technologies into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. Prior to Identiv, she spent nearly eight years at Impinj, developing a partner ecosystem that helped accelerate RFID adoption across the retail and supply chain industries. Earlier in her career, she held global strategy, industry marketing, and brand leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, shaping go-to-market initiatives for multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Ashley’s ability to connect market needs, technology, and industry ecosystems is key to advancing Identiv’s RFID and BLE-enabled IoT business and bringing new connected solutions to market.

Ashley holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego.
