Klaus Simonmeyer joined Identiv in 2009 as Sales Manager and was appointed Vice President of Strategic Accounts, EMEA in 2023.

Klaus is a recognized expert in IoT, RFID, NFC, and BLE technologies, with a focus on advancing innovation in asset tracking, supply chain transparency and smart packaging. A regular speaker at industry events, he shares insights on the future of connectivity, the rise of the Digital Product Passport, and how specialized IoT solutions – in particular BLE – are shaping modern supply chains and logistics.

Prior to Identiv, Klaus started his career in R&D as a software engineer before transitioning into product management and then into sales.

Klaus holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
